The session will start with a checkup of the chakra system to determine if there are any blocked or overactive energy centers in the body. Followed with a relaxing 20-minute guided meditation, along with 20 minutes of Reiki focused on imbalanced energy centers.

Sending Reiki and Crystal healing to you wherever you are in the world. We'll chat and discover what your intentions are for the session. Then relax and wait for the healing to come. It can be set at a designated time, place, person, situations etc.
